Documents to be submitted with the application and applicable conditions:

1. A copy of the firm/company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, tax payment certificate for FY 080/81, and a certificate confirming that the person is an authorized dealer or distributor must be submitted with the company's seal and certified by an authorized person.

2. A non-refundable amount of Rs. 500/- (in words Rs. five hundred only) should be deposited in the name of this company in NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Kamaladi Branch Account No. 3241496641524001 and a voucher or proof of online transfer of the amount should be uploaded.

3. Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable and eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. The details submitted, capabilities, past experience, and skills will be taken into account when listing.

4. Quotations can be requested from listed firms/companies to purchase goods and receive services as per the company's requirements.

5. Firms/companies that apply for listing by 19 Ashar 2082 will be informed via phone or email whether they have been listed or not.

6. If the service, quality, price, and delivery time provided by the listed firms/companies are not satisfactory, their names may be removed from the list without notice and no claim can be made against them.

7. Applications received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for registration and only applications received online will be eligible for registration.

8. All rights to list or not to list shall remain vested in this company.
