As a list of service providers will be compiled for the purpose of providing the specified materials and services to this campus for the academic year 2082/083, firms and suppliers licensed by the Government of Nepal who wish to be registered in the list are hereby notified to submit separate applications for the work they wish to do by 2082/04/13, attaching the following documents. 13

1. No action will be taken on applications submitted after the deadline and without copies of the required certificates.

2. A separate application must be registered for each good and service.

3. Listed firms and companies may be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory services and goods.

4. All rights to list or not to list shall be vested in this campus.

5. If the last day of list registration falls on a public holiday, the application can be registered during office hours the next day.
