Since this association has to prepare a list of firms/companies dealing in the related goods and services for the purpose of providing the following goods and services required for the upcoming 1 year (A.Y. 2082/083), interested registered firms/companies with licenses are invited to register their proposals at the office of this association, L.P.M.N.P.A-5, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, by attaching an original voucher deposited in this association of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) and the documents mentioned in the details, clearly stating the goods and services proposed to be supplied on the outside of the envelope, and sealing the envelope.

Details of goods and services:-

1. Stationery and stationery printing and packaging

2. Regarding the purchase and repair of electrical and electronic goods:

Computer, Server, Laptop, Printer (Cartridge, Ribbon, Toner Refilling etc.), CCTV, Telephone Set, Photocopy, Fax, Air Conditioner, Stabilizer, Note Counting Machine, Fake Note Detector, Networking Equipment, Hardware, Software, IT Support/Maintenance, UPS, Battery etc. Supply and maintenance of spare parts and accessories.

3. Purchase and maintenance of furniture and fixtures

Supply and maintenance of office furniture (metal and wooden) and fixtures (filing cabinets, vault room equipment, fireproof safe cabinets, lockers, etc.)

4. Insurance Services

Other necessary insurances such as health and accident insurance, fixed asset insurance, cash in transit insurance, vault insurance, etc.
