This notice has been published for the purpose of registering a list for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the details required by this financial institution for the financial year 2082/83. Interested registered individuals, firms and companies are requested to register their applications along with the details of the goods and services they will supply and distribute and their price list at the central office of this financial institution, Pokhara-10, Buddha Chowk, Kaski or send them to the financial institution's email: [email protected] within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Printing and printing related:

1. All printing related materials

2. Stationery items, ribbons, toner/cartridges, ink, etc.

Maintenance tasks:

1. Computers, laptops, servers, printers, photocopy machines, check writers, and scanners

2. Online UPS, Batteries and CCTV, Air Conditioning (AC) and Heater

3. Furniture, plumbing, safes, and other electrical and electronic equipment

Service side:

1. Vehicles, 2. Insurance (Life/Non-Life), 3. Courier Services, 4. Advertising and other publishing/broadcasting services, 5. Drinking water services

a) Details of goods and services supplied/flowed and their price list b)

Firm/Company Registration Renewal Certificate

c) Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate

d) Taxpayer Certificate

Other information:

1. Individuals, firms, and companies seeking to be listed must have at least 5 years of work experience.

2. Only those sellers, firms and companies deemed suitable among those who apply to be listed will be listed.

3. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a notification.

4. If the listed individuals, firms and companies do not provide satisfactory services and supply on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.

6. All rights to list or not to list shall remain vested in this financial institution.
