Notification of being listed with rates to authorized suppliers or sellers or agents

For this laboratory, since the purchase of proprietary medicinal goods (closed item) kit chemicals and other materials used in the machinery and equipment as detailed in A.B. 2081/082 must be made through an authorized supplier or their authorized seller or authorized agent, companies, firms or suppliers who are interested in being listed in accordance with Section 41 (1) C of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 85 of 3 of the Regulations 2064, should submit the necessary documents including the renewal of the firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, authorized seller certificate of the concerned company and copies of the tax payment of A.B. 2080/081, including the rates of the proprietary goods (closed item) kit chemicals used in the mentioned machines, in an envelope, sealed and sealed, and register it with this laboratory within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on applications that do not submit the required documents and those received after the deadline. No action will be taken on the application
