Notice regarding registration of list

For the purpose of supplying the goods and various types of services required by this college for the fiscal year 2082/083, a list of registered firms/companies willing to carry out the business of the related subject has to be registered. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register with the administration branch of this college within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice from 8 am to 4 pm, stating the details of the goods and services to be supplied and their clear address, along with the firm/company registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, value added tax certificate and license certificate (including renewal), and a copy of the tax payment certificate of the previous fiscal year.

Furniture/Fixtures

Wooden and metal classroom furniture and fixtures, office furniture and fixtures, curtain supply and maintenance, etc.

Construction and maintenance

Supply of civil works, electrical (AC, Fan, Stabilizer, Multiplug) and networking system equipment, etc., and related maintenance and repair works, paint and other hardware related equipment.

Courier services, drinking water, gardening and plumbing, bus, jeep and car rental services, lunch box delivery for meetings and seminars, etc.

Sellers/firms and companies deemed suitable from among those who apply for listing will be listed.

To purchase goods and services as per the college's requirements from the listed vendors and firms, a request will be made to participate in the work through quotations or bidding.

If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and supply goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
