KUMARI BANK LIMITED invites for the enlistment of registered Companies/Firms for supply and delivery of goods and services. Interested Firms/Companies are requested to submit their letter for enlistment along with Company's Registration, VAT/PAN registration certificate with Tax clearance certificate up to last three fiscal years to the Bank's General Administration Department, Tangal, Kathmandu within 15 days of this notice.

General Terms and Conditions for the Proposal:

1. Submission of separate letter (enlistment) for more than one group.

2. The bidder must be in existence for a minimum period of last 3 (three) years.

3. Interested parties should submit the Cover letter for enlistment, Article of Association, Memorandum of Association, Company registration, VAT/PAN registration and Tax Clearance up to last three fiscal years with clearly mentioning the purpose of enlistment on sealed envelope.

4. For enlistment of firm (single/joint) and company, authorized signature is required.

5. Interested parties should have at least 3 years of work-experience and minimum two Letter of Recommendation from 'A' Class Commercial Banks.

6. Interested parties should deposit NPR 1,000 (non-refundable) at any branches as enlistment fee for each category in "BID AMOUNT DEPOSIT" account "0314504001053" and provide the copy of deposit slip to General Administration Department.

7. For category 3 and 6 (courier service and stamp), interested parties should deposit NPR 2,000 (non-refundable) on top of enlistment fee in account name "BID AMOUNT DEPOSIT" with account number "0314504001053", provide the copy of deposit slip and collect Bid-documents from General Administration Department, Tangal.

8. For category 3 and 6 (courier service and stamp), interested parties should supply required items at the same quoted rate for the whole fiscal year 2082/83.

The bank reserves the right to accept or not to accept the proposal/sealed quotations at its sole discretions.
