7-day public notice regarding sale of office supplies

Supreme Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd., registered office in Ward No.-15, Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Lalitpur District, has closed the service centers operating at the locations mentioned in the details of Mahalaxmisthan Lalitpur. This cooperative society has decided to close the service center's office and operating sites in the same condition as they are (with all the equipment there). As per the decision of the Board of Directors, this notice has been published inviting individuals, organizations, and companies interested in purchasing the offices of the said service center (with all the equipment there) to submit purchase proposals within 7 days.

Workplace for sale (including all furnishings):-

1. 2 shutters located in Ward No.-9, Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu District (with all the furniture there) Price: Rs. 2,98,477/- (Rs. in words: two lakh ninety-eight thousand four hundred seventy-seven only)

2. Bhaktapur District Madhyapur Thimi N.P. Ward No.-3 Kaushaltar, 2 rooms (all the furniture there) price Rs. 7,85,381/- (Rs. in words: seven lakh eighty-five thousand three hundred and eighty-one only)

3. The cost of the organization's former head office, including all the materials left after shifting from Kumaripati, Lalitpur District, Lalitpur District, Ward No.-19, to the current head office location is Rs. 1,63,418/-(Rs. in words: one lakh sixty-three thousand four hundred eighteen only)
