In this regard, the Dudhauli Municipality Office has to prepare an officially approved rate determination of Dudhauli Municipality for various necessary materials to be purchased in the year 2082/083 BS. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the concerned stakeholders to submit a list of certified rates for the materials mentioned in the details within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the rate notice, not exceeding the prevailing market price.

2. Printing related materials

3. Electrical, drinking water and sanitary related materials

4. Furniture and furnishing related materials

5. Cleaning related materials

6. Necessary medicines and materials related to agriculture and animal services

Note: Company registration certificate, tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/081, and certificate of experience in the relevant field must be submitted.
