The assets mentioned in the details located at the Agricultural Development Bank Limited Branch Office, Kalyanpur, Saptari will be sold in their present condition through a confidential sealed offer under the following terms and conditions. Therefore, a notice has been published inviting the persons/firms or companies who wish to purchase the said assets to submit confidential sealed offers within 15 (fifteen) days after completing the procedures as per 15(3) of the Agricultural Development Bank Limited Financial Administration Regulations 2078 and Schedule 1 of the same regulations.

. The secret sealed proposal will have to deposit 10% of the amount quoted in the account no. 1103900333463011 of this bank in Rajbiraj branch and submit a bank voucher. The secret sealed proposal submitted without deposit will not be accepted.

2. If you wish to view the items to be auctioned through a confidential sealed bid, you can view them from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on any day the office is open, starting from 2082.03.15.

3. The entire amount agreed upon must be deposited and the goods must be picked up within 5 days from the date of approval of the confidential sealed proposal.

4. If the last day for submitting a confidential sealed proposal falls on a holiday, it can be submitted on the next office opening day.

5. If further information is required, please contact the Krishi Bikas Bank Limited Branch Office, Kalyanpur, Saptari.

6. The branch office shall have the sole right to accept/reject the confidential sealed bid.
