In the above regard, since the following branches of Nabil Bank Limited are in the process of being relocated, this confidential sealed proposal is invited for the auction sale of the furnishings and furniture including the goods in the said branches in the same condition as they are. Individuals/organizations interested in purchasing the said goods through auction sale can visit the concerned branch offices and observe the said branches and goods. Also, individuals/organizations interested in renting the said building can take it by mutual agreement with the landlord.

If the last day for submission of proposals and/or the day of opening of proposals falls on a public holiday, proposals can be submitted on the next bank opening day.

1. The received bids will be opened at the Administration Department of this Bank, Ghantaghar, Kathmandu, on 7th August, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. However, the absence of the bidders or their representatives shall not be deemed to constitute an impediment to the opening of the bids.

2. If the last date for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, bids may be submitted on the bank opening day immediately following the holiday, and even if the bid opening day falls on a holiday, bids will be opened on the bank opening day immediately following the holiday.

3. When submitting the bid, in the case of a company/firm, a photocopy of the company/firm registration certificate, a photocopy of the income tax registration certificate, a photocopy of the company's articles of association and regulations, and in the case of an individual bidder, a copy of his/her citizenship certificate will be required.

4. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline or before the due date. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, accept it partially, or impose additional conditions. The Bank will not be obliged to give reasons for any rejected bid.
