For the purpose of repairing and putting into operation the damaged equipment in this hospital, interested licensed registered individuals, firms, companies and organizations with knowledge related to Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical should register with the General Administration Branch 'A' of this hospital within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with copies of necessary documents including details of the services provided by them, work experience certificate, company/firm/business registration certificate with renewal, tax payment certificate of 2080.081, during office hours.
