Notice Regarding Registration of Inventory

Details of goods and services to be registered:

1. Computer hardware, software, mobile apps and related equipment and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services

A. Supply of Desktop, Laptop, Server, Server Backup and other computer related spare parts. B.

. Web Page Design and Enhancement, Email Exchange Server, Mobile तथा अन्य Application

C. All works related to the installation of Computer Hardware, Networking, UPS, AC, CCTV, Electric and Electronic related equipment and annual maintenance contract service of these related equipment.

2. Office equipment and electrical supplies

A. Supply of electrical equipment and devices including photocopy machines, printers, scanners.

B. Supply of UPS, Inverter, Air Conditioner, Stabilizer, Batteries, Generator, Projector, Fan, Heater, Cooler etc.

A. Supply and installation of office construction and interior decoration, partition, civil, electrical, allied work, flooring furnishing, plumbing and electrification related goods.

b. Wooden and Metal office furniture, File cabinet, Chair supply and construction work.

5. Branding, promotional materials and advertising

क. Advertising Agency, Designing, Video Animation, ATL/BTL/TTL Agency, Flex board, Hoarding Board, Signboard, Wall Painting, Signage, Pole Branding, ID Card and Visiting Card.

B. Supply and printing of promotional items with company logo like Cup, T-Shirt, Bag, Cap, Rain Coat, Wall Clock, Keyring, Trophy, Diary, Lapel pin, Note Book, Calendar, Umbrella etc.

6. Miscellaneous Services

A. Courier and cargo (internal and external transportation) services, hotel and seminar halls, security guards and cleaning staff supplies, cleaning materials, Internet connectivity, non-life insurance related activities.

B. Drinking water (jar) supply, travel and tour agencies (national and international air ticket tour packages, vehicle hire and repair services).

C. Training and consulting services on technical/non-technical topics related to IT, HR, Agency/Financial.
