This institution is called A.V. For the purpose of providing materials/items, works and services as required in 2082/083, the existing list of suppliers who are willing to be listed will be listed for that purpose, registered firms and companies willing to be registered in the list should prepare a separate application for the work they want to be listed within 15 days of the publication of this notice and submit it to the specified address, this notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Documents to be attached

i. Copy of company/firm registration and VAT/PAN registration certificate,

ii. Copy of 2080/81 tax payment certificate,

iii. Copy of certificate confirming being an authorized dealer or distributor,

iv. Articles of Association and Regulations in the case of companies,

v. In case of proprietorship, a document revealing the identity of the director/proprietor,

vi. Self-declaration letter for not being blacklisted and not involved in illegal activities,

All the rights to partially or fully accept or reject the received applications with reasons or not will be vested in this organization.
