Notice regarding registration of inventory

For the purpose of supplying/providing the goods and services required by this Finance for the current fiscal year 2082/083, a list of interested registered firms/companies who have obtained approval to transact the relevant subject and who are not blacklisted should be registered. Therefore, a certified copy of the details of the goods and services to be supplied/provided, Firm/Company Registration Certificate/Permanent Account No. (PAN/VAT) Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate for FY 2080/081 and an application for registration of the list should be attached to this notice and registered at the Central Office of this Finance, Reliance Building, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Goods and services to be supplied/provided:

1. All printing related work such as stationery, calendars, boards/banners, brochures, diaries, checks, etc.

2. Supply of stationery and stationery items,

3. Electrical and electronic equipment and their maintenance and repair work,

4. Supply and maintenance of office equipment, computers, UPS, printers, photocopiers, faxes, scanners, note counting machines, check writers, CCTV cameras and other items,

5. Supply of ink, ribbon, toner, cartridges for printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.

6. Supply and maintenance of generators, air conditioners, batteries, steppers, etc.,

7. Security guard related work,

8. Interior decoration and construction/repair related work,

9. Supply and sewing of employee uniforms,

10. Work related to advertising, information and promotional material,

11. Travel agency related work,

12. Courier service,

13. Supply and maintenance of other miscellaneous goods.

Other information:

A. Only those vendors, firms, and companies that are deemed eligible among the applicants based on the details, capabilities, experience, and skills submitted for listing will be listed.

B. Goods and services will be purchased and services will be obtained by reducing the price to obtain the finance required from the listed vendors and firms. If a price offer is received from unlisted vendors and firms at a lower price than that from the listed vendors and firms, goods can also be purchased from such vendors and firms. you

C. The sole right to list or not shall remain vested in this organization.
