Companies/firms interested in being listed as authorized sellers of the manufacturing companies for the purpose of purchasing the proprietary goods (close item) used in the machinery equipment of this hospital in FY 082/083 as per Section 41 1 (c) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 85 (3) of the Regulations 2064, are requested to submit their renewed firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, self-declaration letter not to be ineligible to participate in the procurement process, business registration license, authorized seller certificate of the concerned company and copies of the tax payment certificate of the last FY along with the rates of the materials, films, chemicals or other materials, etc. used in the mentioned machines, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, on the day the office is open for listing. If the rates of more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods are submitted, arrangements will be made for the supply of the goods by making an agreement with the supplier who offers the lowest rate. No action will be taken on applications that do not submit the required documents and are received after the deadline.
