Since the required OMR (Optical Mark Reader) machine for this office is to be purchased through catalog shopping method, the manufacturing company or its authorized seller interested in supplying the OMR machine should submit a sealed proposal to this office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the notice, along with a request to be listed in the existing list of this office, attaching a catalog or brochure with the specifications, quality, price and facilities of the OMR machine. This notice has been published for the purpose of Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
