Notice regarding registration/updating of existing list

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to prepare a list for the purpose of Section 6(a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 for the procurement, maintenance and service of goods required for the fiscal year 2082.83 of the Provincial Public Health Laboratory, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham. Therefore, the licensed firms or suppliers, authorized sellers and consultants interested in carrying out the said work are requested to register the list with this laboratory with the application as per Schedule 2A of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, stating the details of their business in a proper manner with effect from the date of publication of the notice, attaching the necessary documents including the certificate of organization or firm registration, permanent account number or certificate of value added tax registration, tax payment certificate and a copy of the professional license as required.
