This financial institution is required to register the registered firms/companies willing to carry out the business of the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying the goods and services mentioned in the schedule for the financial year 2082/83. Therefore, the details of the goods and services to be supplied by them, including the firm/company registration certificate, renewal/updated documents, income tax/value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year, as well as in the case of companies, the articles of association, updated copies of the citizenship certificates of the shareholders, proprietors, partner directors and work experience certificates, should be registered with the General Services Department, Head Office of this financial institution within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Other Information:

1) To be listed, you will have to fill out the application form available from the financial institution and submit copies of the documents mentioned in the notice, attested by yourself. The application form is available on the website of this financial institution https://www.pokharafinance.com.np/downloads.

2) Out of the applications received for listing, only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible will be listed based on the details, capabilities, experience, and skills submitted.

3) All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

4) To procure goods and services as per the requirements of this financial institution from the listed vendors and firms, a request may be made to participate in the work through quotations, bids, etc. 5) or bidding.

Listed companies and firms may be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory service and timely delivery of goods. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall remain vested in this financial institution.
