Notice regarding registration of inventory

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, as registered firms/companies willing to transact business in the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and services mentioned in the required details for the fiscal year 2082.83, should send separate applications for the work they wish to do to [email protected] within 15 days from the date of first publication of the notice along with details of the goods and services to be supplied, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) or value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the last fiscal year, copy of work efficiency experience certificate (for consultancy and advisory services) and self-declaration that they are not blacklisted.

Other conditions and information:

Goods supply

1) Stationery, stationery and miscellaneous items,

2) Electrical and electronic goods (computers, laptops, printers, digital cameras, CCTV cameras, photocopy machines, toners, air conditioners, network devices, storage, IT infrastructure, etc.) and their spare parts,

3) Regarding wooden and steel furniture,

4) Supply of purified drinking water (jars) and mineral water,

5) Newspapers, magazines and books

6) Spare parts required for vehicle maintenance,

towards service supply

1) Advertisement publication and broadcasting related work,

2) Courier service (internal and external) related work,

3) National and international ticket booking related tasks,

4) Consulting/Advisory Services (Reinsurance, Actuary, Doctor, Engineer, Law, Surveyor, Finance, Auditing and Chartered Accountancy, IS Audit, NFRS Consultancy, Public Procurement),

5) Printing related work,

6) Insurance related work,

7) Internet service,

8) Medical Laboratory (Medical Laboratory)

9) Investment Management Portfolio Management Service (PMS) Provider,

१०) Program Venue (Hotels/Party Palace)

Maintenance service

1) Photocopy machine and printer repair and toner and cartridge refilling related works,

2) vehicle repair,

3) All work related to office furniture repair,

4) Electrical and electronic goods (desktop computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, batteries, toners,

5) Telephone life cycle (all maintenance work), fax,

Other conditions and information:

1) Only suppliers, firms or companies that are deemed eligible among the applicants to be listed will be listed.

2) If the listed firms or companies do not provide satisfactory services and supply goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice, and no claim can be raised against them.

3) No action will be taken on applications that are not completed in due time.

4) All rights to list or not to list shall remain vested in this company.
