Since the office equipment required for the fiscal year 2082/83 has to be purchased from time to time as per the details, a list of licensed firms, organizations, or companies has to be prepared. Therefore, firms or companies wishing to supply/repair/provide services are requested to register with this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, stating their clear address and attaching a certified copy of the firm/business/company registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, license certificate (including renewal), permanent account number registration (PAN) certificate, value added tax (VAT) certificate, and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081.
