Information about registering the list!

As per the rules of this organization, separate lists have to be prepared for the procurement of goods and services required for the fiscal year 2082/2083 repeatedly or at once. Therefore, this notice has been published for the concerned suppliers to apply within 7 (seven) days in the format available to the organization from the interested goods and service providers to get listed.

(a) Towards procurement and supply:

1. Electrical and sanitary ware

2. Printing and stationery related work

3. Dhito Evaluator

4. Hotels and event venues: Location - City Plaza, Bhingreli, Rapti Superlodge, Malin

(b) Maintenance

1. Furniture

2. CCTV Camera

3. Telephone, inverter and electric, electronics, etc.

4. Machinery and equipment (computers, printers, telephone sets, etc.)

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Copy of organization or firm registration certificate

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2081/2082

4. Document revealing the experience of an organization or firm or individual

5. Commitment letter for quality goods or services.

Separate applications for each of the above-mentioned items such as supply, repair and service will have to be registered. Applications received without the required formalities will not be accepted. This office reserves the right to accept or reject the applications received.
