For the purchase of kits, chemicals, accessories and parts and maintenance related consultancy services for various machinery and equipment in this hospital as proprietary goods (Close Item) in the year 2082.083, the authorized sellers (proprieters) of the concerned manufacturing companies are required to submit the company registration certificate with renewal, VAT registration certificate, letter from the authorized seller of the concerned company, latest A.Y. This notice has been published to be listed within 30 days (2082/03/22) from the date of publication of the notice along with the certified copies of the tax payment certificate and the retail and dealer sale price list published in the national newspaper along with the rates of the kits, chemicals and main/main parts (System Pac Reagent & Disposables) used in the mentioned machine.
