Firms and suppliers licensed by the Government of Nepal who are interested in being registered in the list as per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Procurement Regulations 2064 and in accordance with the TRI Financial Management and Procurement Management Rules 2050, for the purpose of supplying various materials as per the details for the academic year 2082.83, are hereby notified to submit separate applications for the desired work by 4:00 PM on 2082.04.15, attaching the following documents.

Documents to be submitted

Redefine

1. Copy of the certificate of registration of the organization or firm.

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2081/82.

4. Business license as required.

conditions

1. No action will be taken on applications submitted after the deadline.

2. A separate application must be filed for each good and service.

3. If a listed firm or company does not supply satisfactory services or goods, it may be removed from the list.

4. All rights to list or not to list shall be reserved to this campus.

5. If the last day of list registration falls on a holiday, the application can be registered the next day.
