Licensed manufacturing company willing to provide USG Machine, Mobile X-Ray Machine and Electrolyte Analyzer required to expand services such as birthing center, emergency etc. in Vishnudevi Hospital under this municipality, its authorized seller/authorized seller must submit firm/company registration, agency registration certificate, letter of authorization, M.A. tax registration and etc. This notice has been published for the information of manufacturers or authorized vendors to be listed in the list available during office hours within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice by attaching the official specification, price and quality (catalogue/brochure) of the medical equipment equipment required for health services in accordance with rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (including amendments) along with notarized copies of the tax payment certificate of 2080/81.
