Notice regarding registration of list for supply of materials and services

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, who wish to supply the services and materials mentioned in the details for Kalika Multiple Campus in the year 2082/83, from licensed persons, suppliers, firms, and industries, who are required to submit a certificate of renewal of firm registration, M.A. Tax Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate up to the year 2080/081, and a separate application stating the work they wish to do, in the format as per the Public Procurement Regulations, and register the list with the campus.

1. To provide stationery and office supplies.

2. To perform printing work.

3. To publish and disseminate information.

4. Supply and repair of vehicle parts.

5. To supply and repair computers, photocopiers, printers and other electronic equipment.

6. To supply and refill original new toner cartridges for computers, printers and photocopy machines.

7. To be present and work as per the notice for repairs under plumbing services.

8. To carry out electrical equipment repair, supply and electrification work.

9. To supply furniture and furnishing items.

10. To perform general physical construction and maintenance related work.

11. To do painting work.

12. To carry out cleaning work inside and outside the office.
