Notice about being listed as an authorized representative (seller)

As the Itahari Hospital operating under the Itahari Sub-metropolitan City requires reagents/X-ray materials suitable for the following machines, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, and for the purposes of Section 41 (1) (c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 5 (3) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, the authorized seller of the company authorized to supply the said reagents/X-ray materials should submit the following necessary documents to this office by 2082/04/11.

If more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods is submitted, an item-wise evaluation will be made and an agreement will be made with the supplier who offers the lowest price and the supply of goods will be arranged. No action will be taken against applications that do not submit the required documents and are received after the deadline. For detailed information, the office can be contacted.
