Notice regarding registration of list

University of Agriculture and Forestry, Faculty of Forestry, Dean's Office. 2082/083. Licensed individuals, firms, organizations or companies interested in supplying the goods and services required for the year 2082/083 as per the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 are hereby invited to submit a duly completed application to the Faculty of Forestry, Hetauda within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice. Towards procurement and supply:

1) Stationery items (muslin and miscellaneous).

2) Supply and repair of electronic equipment (refrigerators, air conditioners, computers, photocopy machines, printers, cartridge refills and their parts, etc.).

3) Printing related.

4) Regarding publication of advertising information.

5) Building and drinking water construction and maintenance.

6) Supply and maintenance of furniture, fixtures and furnishing items.

7) Supply and repair of electrical equipment.

8) Supply and repair of plumbing supplies.

9) Regarding the supply of chemicals, glassware, and equipment used in the lab.

10) Equipment and seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. used in the nursery.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1) Certified copy of firm registration and renewal.

2) Certified copy of Permanent Account Number and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate. (Certified copy of official document in case of non-VAT registration)

3) Copy of income tax and value added tax payment for the fiscal year 2080/081.

1) No action will be taken on applications that do not include copies of the required certificates or are incomplete.

2) From the listed vendor firms or companies as per the requirements of the office

You can purchase or receive goods or services.

3) Separate applications will have to be registered for the above work.

4) This office reserves all rights to list or not list a company, firm, or organization.

5) Listed firms may remove their names. No claim can be raised against the listed firm for not providing satisfactory service and work.

6) A list of the names listed will be posted on the notice board of this faculty.
