Notice inviting sealed applications (proposals) for the supply of machinery and equipment used in organic fertilizer production, along with the price per unit, to be listed as suppliers.

As per the approved annual program of this office for the year 2081/082, the supply of machinery and tools used in organic fertilizer production for the One District One Organic Fertilizer Production Program has to be supplied in partnership with the grant assistance of this office and the grantee organization. Therefore, interested suppliers who have the workshop and manpower to supply machinery and provide after-sales services and can provide them to the grantee organization immediately when the supply order is placed, are invited to submit their applications in the prescribed format within 12:00 hrs on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice (up to 09/03/2082) along with the specifications as per the law, including firm registration/tax registration/tax payment of FY 2080/081, and deposit Rs. 80,000.0 (eighty thousand) to the Provincial Accounts Unit Office, Lahan, Ra.Ba. Bank Account No. 2130100202030000, Agricultural Knowledge Center Siraha, Code No. This notice is published to submit the sealed application (proposal) form to this office along with the original bank voucher of cash deposited in 3120116022 or a bank guarantee valid for 120 days issued in the name of this office issued by a commercial bank recognized by the Government of Nepal (the purpose of depositing the amount along with the PAN/VAT No. of the organization must be mentioned in the voucher) along with other necessary documents and evidence, stating the detailed details along with the unit rate/price and duly stamped by the applicant on each page. The sealed proposals submitted by the suppliers within the time will be opened in the presence of the supplier or his representatives at 2:00 PM on the same day and if for any reason that day falls on a public holiday, it will be held on the next day of the holiday at the same time. Even if the supplier or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the proposal. The page without the applicant's duly stamped will not be valid. Such pages will be automatically cancelled.

The grant will be accepted on the basis of the specifications and minimum price among the proposals received and the suppliers included in the shortlist among the proposals received will be sold (supplied) to the grantee organization on the basis of the supply (recommendation) of this office and the amount of the grantee organization's liability will be paid from the farmers out of the total cost and the work will be carried out as per the prescribed supply process by submitting documents including bills based on the quantity of machinery and equipment supplied/sold and only the approved/specified grant amount will be paid. The application proposal form is non-refundable after Rs. 3000.0 (three thousand only) and can be deposited in the name of this office (Office Code No. 3120116022) Revenue Head No. 14229 and the voucher can be obtained from this office on the 15th day from the date of publication of the notice (date 2082/03/08) during office hours. Other detailed information is mentioned in the application form. This Knowledge Center reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason. Except as otherwise provided herein, the prevailing law shall apply.
