Notice inviting sealed applications (proposals) with unit prices for the listing of suppliers of materials for shallow tubewell/solar pump set/electric motor installation and operation.

First issue published on 2082/04/12

The current financial year of this Agricultural Knowledge Center, Saptari. As per the approved annual "Irrigation Management Promotion Support" program of 2082/83, the installation and operation of shallow tubewells/solar pump sets/electric motors at the farmer level in Saptari district has to be carried out with the grant assistance of this office and the investment of the farmers. Therefore, the qualified official interested machine/equipment manufacturers/suppliers/sellers are requested to submit the sealed application (proposal) form along with the necessary documents to this office by 12:00 PM on the 7th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/04/18. The sealed proposal received within the stipulated time of publication of this notice will be opened on the same day (2082/04/18) at 2:00 PM in the presence of the supplier or his representative and the center. If the supplier or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the sealed proposal. The specified form available from this office is available on the office's website. The grantee (R) can purchase from any of the listed suppliers as per their choice, as per the provisions of the Grant Mobilization Procedure in the Agricultural Sector 2076, by making a unit agreement with the suppliers included in the shortlist and the proposal will be accepted on the basis of specification and minimum price. The final right to accept or reject the sealed proposals submitted to this center will remain vested in this office.

Necessary documents and conditions

Copy of firm/company registration certificate.

A copy of the proof of firm renewal or a copy of the company update letter from the company registrar's office must be submitted.

Certified copy of PAN/VAT certificate.

Self-declaration letter not being blacklisted.

Copy of the certificate of the authorized seller, official test report, if applicable, of the Solar PV Module (RETS and other certificate of the model that can be supplied), Solar Motor Pumpset (CE/IEC and certificate, 2 year free cost of replacement manufacturer warranty certificate).

In the case of UPVC Casing pipe, Ribbed Screen Filter, a certificate of the manufacturing company/official dealership and the name of the manufacturing company (including the punched code and the quality of the material) will be mandatory.

In the case of UPVC Casing pipe, Ribbed Screen Filter, it is mandatory to submit the Lab Test Report certificate of the manufacturing company.

In the case of LCG Screen Filter, the name of the manufacturing company (Manufacture Serial number/code number, Bar code, and quality of the raw material) must be submitted.

Suppliers will be required to submit at least one set of samples of the materials they procured to operate the program at this center.

Copy of the certificate of acceptance of the extension of the transaction period after Shravan 2082, including the tax payment certificate for the last fiscal year 2080/81.

The specified form provided by the office must be completely filled out, along with the catalog, performance curve, etc.

Subject to the allocated funds of the approved programs of this office, the supplier will have to supply the equipment and tools for the installation of shallow tubewells/solar pump sets/electric motors as requested by the grantee. While supplying in this way, the grantee will have to pay the amount of his liability to the supplier and the supplier will have to provide the equipment and tools. The grant amount will be credited to the grantee's account or paid to the supplier by this office based on the grantee's approval.

Self-attested copies of all sealed documents including the submitted documents, catalogs, etc. will have to be submitted. Proposals submitted without signatures will not be included in the listing process.

This office may request additional documents from the supplier if necessary, and if they are not submitted, the supplier will not be included in the listing process.

The supplier will have to submit the original Baidu voucher along with the form along with the form purchase fee of Rs. 1000/-, non-refundable, deposited in the office code of Krishi Gyan Kendra Saptari, No. 3120115012, Revenue Head No. 14229, Rastriya Banijya Bank.

The supplier shall deposit a bank guarantee of 5% of the amount he can supply for the year 2082/83 of the unplanned budget of this office for irrigation related to the annual budget of Rs. 21836000/- or an amount equivalent to the same for 13 months in the office code of this office No. 3120115012 and the deposit account of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Rajbiraj Saptari No. 218010020203000 Pr.Le.Ni.Ka. Lahan and submit a voucher in the form of a bank guarantee.

3 years of experience in related work will be preferred.
