Agricultural Knowledge Center, Jhapa. As per the approved annual program of the current fiscal year 2082/083, as per the Agricultural Extension Program Operation Norms (First Amendment) 2080, interested Custom Hiring Centers established and operating in Jhapa district for the machinery/tool ​​services required for the mechanization promotion program and technology demonstration program through Custom Hiring Center are invited to register with this office along with the documents mentioned in the details within 21 days (2082/05/29) from the date of publication of this notice.

Details

1. Application for listing of the organization and decision of the committee.

2. Copy of organization registration/renewal, permanent account number and tax payment certificate for FY 2081/82.

2. Copy of the regulations/guidelines/procedures related to the operation of the Custom Hiring Center prepared by the applicant organization regarding the operation of the Custom Hiring Center.

3. Details regarding the name, type, number of machinery and equipment available at the Custom Hiring Center and the availability of technical manpower.

4. Details of the services that the applicant organization can provide through the Custom Hiring Center in the current fiscal year 2082/083 (such as activities ranging from rice nursery preparation to rice planting using machines, activities ranging from crop/seed planting and harvesting using zero/low tillage methods, etc.).

5. Details of the area and area in which the applicant can provide agricultural mechanization services to farmers through the Custom Hiring Center in the current fiscal year 2082/83.

6. Details of the type of service provided by the Customs Hiring Center in the last fiscal year 2081/082, area, beneficiary farmers and service fee.

7. Proposed service fee for the services provided by the applicant organization from the Customs Hiring Center in the current fiscal year 2082/083.
