15 days general notice regarding submission of letter of intent

From this office, for the purpose of issuing a new driver's license and renewing the driver's license, for the purpose of health examination according to schedule 19 of the Provincial Vehicle and Transport Management Regulations, 2077, doctors who have received a permanent certificate from the Nepal Medical Council, recognized by the Government of Nepal, have to compete in accordance with the prevailing law and resume the service. Interested doctors who have fulfilled the qualifications according to the list must submit a letter of intent within fifteen days from the date of publication of the notice with the documents and details of the list. Details:

1. The approved physician himself shall remain at the office premises of the Transport Management Office, Okhaldhunga, during office hours except on public holidays (including morning and evening, if necessary, except office hours) and perform a health examination according to schedule 19 of the State Vehicle and Transport Management Regulations, 2077, and enter the same details in the EDLRS Software.

2. The doctor himself has to manage the necessary equipment and tools such as the room, computer, laptop etc. necessary for the health examination.

3. For the purpose of entering EDLRS Software, Software and User ID will be provided from the office.

4. How much service fee will be charged from the examinees for health examination should be submitted mentioning the rate per person.

5. The office will not bear any financial burden including service charges, facilities, materials etc.

6. The office has the right to accept or reject the letters of intent submitted to this office.

Required qualifications and documents to be attached

1. Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed at least MBBS or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution and is registered with the Nepal Medical Council.

2. Marksheets and certificates of at least MBBS or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

3. Certificate of registration with Nepal Medical Council (must be registered by 081/82).

4. Certificate of Nepalese citizenship.
