Siddhartha Bank Ltd. invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from national firms/companies for the enlistment as shortlisted service providers for the outsourcing of following services:

Supply of Driver, Electrician, Kitchen Support Staff, Messenger, Support Associate, Tea Maid & Cleaner, Telephone Operator and Waiter

Security Service

Supply of Security Guard, Security System Operator, Head Guard and Security Supervisor

The service provider should have valid location specific license or Countrywide license with

a. Facilitating Service and

b. Professional Support Service

Financial Experience

The service provider should have a combined minimum total turnover of NPR 60 Million in the two fiscal years 2079/80 and 2080/81

The service provider should have a combined minimum total turnover of NPR 100 Million in the two fiscal years 2079/80 and 2080/81

Work Experience

The service provider must have current supply exposure of at least 100 nos. of support manpower in the reputed organizations

The service provider must have current supply exposure of at least 100 nos. of security guards in the reputed organizations

Social Security Registration

The service provider should be registered in Social Security Fund

Years of Registration

Minimum 5 Years of registration

Blacklisting

barred/disqualified by any regulator/ statutory body/any Service Provider should not be blacklisted/government department or financial institution

General Terms and Conditions:

Document Fee

Security Amount

: NPR 2,000 per category (Non Refundable)

Contract Period

: 2 years

: NPR 20,000 per category (Refundable)

Submission Deadline

: 23 September 2025 within 5 PM

Submission Place

: General Administration Department at Hattisar, Kathmandu
