Notice regarding submission of applications for selection of leading farmers

As per the Project's Lead Farmer Mobilization Procedure, 2081, there is a program to select 5 lead farmers at each local level in the local levels mentioned in the schedule. Therefore, farmers who meet the minimum qualifications and are interested in participating in this program should submit an application with the documents mentioned in the schedule to the Agricultural Development Branch of the concerned local level by 2082/0 9/19. This notice has been published.

d) Humla:- Tanjakot Rural Municipality, Adanchuli Rural Municipality

Dolla:- Mudkechula Rural Municipality e)

Note:

Although the local levels where the projects are implemented in Rukum West, Salyan, Jajarkot and Dailekh districts have already selected the lead farmers, there have been complaints that some of the lead farmers in some municipalities have not been selected, some of the selected lead farmers have not been contacted, and the progress of some of them is not satisfactory. Therefore, it is requested that the concerned municipality cancel the contracts of those lead farmers and request additional applications for this project, including how many new lead farmers should be selected.
