As per the decision of this office dated 2082.03.32, the construction contractors/suppliers of the Scheduled List have been blacklisted for the following period, effective from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, and as such, the said construction contractors/suppliers will not be able to participate in any procurement proceedings of the public body during the period of blacklisting.
