Very important notice regarding termination of contract and blacklisting

The construction entrepreneurs who have been contracted to carry out the following construction work under this office have not made any progress in the construction work despite being given an extension of time and despite repeated verbal and written requests to complete the construction work within the specified time, they have violated the agreement and ignored the instructions, so why has the work not progressed? How can the work be completed in the short time remaining? After receiving a written reply with a satisfactory reason, the authorized construction entrepreneur himself in the case of a sole proprietor and all the authorized J. V. Partners in the case of a J. V. Partner, this notice has been published to appear in this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and complete the remaining construction work as soon as possible. Otherwise, it is informed that action will be taken to terminate the contract and put on the blacklist as per the terms of the contract agreement and the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and the same regulations, 2064.
