A hotel structure will be built in the area. It will be built in an 8-storey hotel building with 2 warehouses. This hotel will have parking lot, garden, swimming pool, fitness club, coffee shop, restaurant, bar, conference hall, lobby, casino, comfortable rooms and sweet rooms, and other facilities.
