As the listed properties (houses/lands) owned by this bank will be sold through confidential sealed bids in whatever condition and quantity they are, the individuals and organizations willing to purchase will be subject to the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this bank, by attaching bank vouchers for depositing the amount of 10 (ten) percent of the accepted amount as a bond with the confidential sealed bid form from the date of publication of this notice. You are hereby invited to submit the confidential sealed bid form to the head office of this bank, Babarmahal, Kathmandu within 7 (seven) days during office hours. As the bids received before this bank will be opened on the 8th day i.e. on the date, time and place mentioned in the details, the interested buyers/bidders or their official representatives are informed by this notice. Even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle to open the bids. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened at the same place and time on the next bank opening day until 12:00 PM. All rights to accept/not accept or cancel or negotiate due to the bids received will be reserved in this bank. One copy of bid form Rs. 1000/-(non-refundable) can be purchased from this bank.
