As the detailed property (houses/lands) owned by this Green Development Bank Ltd. will be sold through a confidential sealed bid in the same condition and quantity as it is, the persons and organizations willing to purchase shall attach the deposited bank voucher as a bond at the rate of 10 (ten) percent of the agreed amount under the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this bank. It is hereby invited to submit the confidential sealed bid form duly filled in at the central office of this bank, New Road-8, Pokhara Kaski, within 21 days from the date of first publication of this notice. As the bids received before this bank will be opened on the 22nd day i.e. on the date, time and place mentioned in the details, the interested buyers/bidders or their official representatives are informed by this notice. But even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle to open the bids.
