This notice has been published for the auction sale of non-banking assets as per the details of which this financial institution has registered under its name. Since the said non-banking property will be auctioned through confidential sealed bidding in whatever condition and quantity it is, interested public persons or organizations are requested to submit confidential sealed bids to this financial institution within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice to reveal the price. Bidders are also informed by this notice that they will not be present when the bids will be opened on the date, time and place as per the schedule. Bidding Conditions:

1) The tender form can be obtained from the central office and branch offices of this financial institution at New Road, Pokhara for a sum of Rs.3,000/-(three thousand only) (non-refundable).

2) The sealed bid must be submitted to the central office of the financial institution, New Road, Pokhara or Narayangadh branch office within 2:00 PM on 2082/01/19.

3) The details of the property that you want to sell and the amount that you have agreed to, should be clearly mentioned in the bid form in numbers and letters and filed with the organization.

4) The deposit amount of at least 10% of the amount paid must be submitted along with the application along with the entire receipt or a certified copy of the receipt deposited in the financial institution.

5) The bidder has to accept the movable and immovable property auctioned by the organization (non-banking property) in whatever condition and quantity it is in, in the same condition and quantity.

6) Even if the bidder or his official representative is not present on the day of bid opening, there will be no hindrance to bid opening.

7) The bidder must pay the entire amount accepted by him within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the notification that the bid has been accepted and get the immovable property under security passed from the financial institution. If Kathmakdachit is unable to collect the entire amount accepted within the said 7 (seven) days and is unable to take over the said immovable property, the amount deposited as a bond will not be returned, and the financial institution may issue another notice for re-auction of non-banking property. Detailed information including other conditions and restrictions related to this is mentioned in the tender form.

8) This tender will be opened on Monday, 2082/01/22 at exactly 4:00 PM at the central office of this organization in New Road, Pokhara in the presence of government representatives. If that day falls on a public holiday, sealed bids will be opened the next day at the same time.

9) The person/institution who submits the bid after accepting the maximum amount will be sold fairly, but the full right to accept or reject the bid for that amount will be vested in this financial institution.

10) The buyer/applicant will have to bear the costs and duties including other fees/taxes incurred during the transfer of non-banking assets.
