Therefore, this notice is hereby issued to all concerned to submit a sealed list with the price to the administration branch of this office within the office hours by mid-Ashar.

Documents to be submitted

1. Copy of certificate registered with the Value Added Tax Office.

2. Copy of the certificate renewal letter and license showing that the organization is registered with the relevant government agency.

3. Copy of tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081. news

4. The nature of the goods to be listed must be mentioned in the sealed envelope.

5. The form for the details of the above mentioned goods will be made available by the campus. Also, the supplier can submit a list of the goods that can be supplied. This cannot be done.
