Important information about registration of list

As this bank is required to register a list of registered firms/companies interested in supplying the goods and services mentioned in the schedule for the financial year 2082/83, a copy of the details of the goods and services to be supplied and services to be provided, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, tax payment certificate and Value Added Tax Department registration certificate (including renewal) and an application for registration of the list should be enclosed. This notice has been published for information at the Head Office of this bank, Bharatpur-10, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours. News for all those concerned to register/get registered with the Administration Department, Chitwan.

Goods and services to be supplied

1. Printing related work MICR checks, stamps (STAMP) local and security, printing and supply.

2. Supply of electrical and electronic goods and related services, including maintenance and repair of such goods.

3. Stationery, ATM rolls, ink, ribbon, toner and cartridges for printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.

4. Supply and maintenance of flooring and furnishing materials for the bank building.

5. Supply of office equipment, computers, UPS, printers, photocopiers, faxes, generators, air conditioners, stabilizers, ATMs and note counting machines, etc., and supply and maintenance of spare parts for them.

6. Interior design, gardening, civil and electrical works required by the bank.

7. Alarm System/EPABX/Telephone sets, related equipment and maintenance work.

8. Travel agency that deals with air tickets.

9. Internal and external courier services.

10. Construction materials, furniture and electrical work required for bank branch expansion.

11. Supplier of related manpower for cleaning.

12. Agencies that supply the necessary manpower for the bank.

13. Security guard related suppliers.

14. Supply and maintenance of metal and wooden furniture including Fire Proof Safe, Vault, Filling Cabinet, Locker, Steel Staircase, Cabinet, Chair.

15. Supplying drinking water.

16. Work related to advertising services.

17. Works related to mortgage valuation.

18. Other miscellaneous goods and services, including supply and maintenance.

Other information:

1. Only those vendors/firms and companies that are deemed suitable among those who apply for listing will be listed. Such listing will be based on the details, capabilities, experience and skills submitted.

2. Listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the work through quotations or bidding to purchase goods and services as per the needs of the organization. yo

3. If the listed firms and companies do not provide satisfactory services and supply goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.

4. This bank shall have the sole right to list or not list the vendors/firms and companies as per the applications received.

6. Information about listed firms and companies will be published on the organization's notice board and website.

Note: Supplier companies that previously submitted applications for the supply of various services and goods as per the Bank's notification dated 16/03/2082 do not need to submit applications again.
