Notice regarding registration for providing vehicles to be used in practical exams

Since the work has to be performed by charging a service fee from the service recipient in order to provide vehicles of categories A, B, E, F, and K used in the practical driving license examination conducted by this office, any recognized person, firm, company or organization willing to perform the work in this regard may, subject to the terms and conditions of the details, submit an application to this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice for the first time, charging a service fee as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all in accordance with Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.

1. An updated Blue Book and a valid third party insurance application for vehicles of categories A, B, E, F, and K used in the practical test must be submitted. If the vehicle is rented, a document of the agreement made in accordance with the prevailing law must also be submitted with the application.

2. Candidates must attach a commitment letter with the application to collect service fees from A, B, E, F, and K service recipients as detailed for using the vehicle in the practical exam.

3. To be listed, the application must be submitted to the office along with a certified copy of the individual, firm, company or organization registration certificate (including renewal), a certified copy of the business registration certificate, a certified copy of the VAT registration certificate, a certified copy of the tax payment certificate and a written self-declaration that one is not disqualified for any reason, along with a stamp of Rs. 10/- (Ten rupees in words).

1. The person, firm, company or organization to be listed must provide the necessary fuel, driver (including a certified copy of the driving license), support staff, and maintain and repair the vehicle in good condition for the vehicles used in the practical test.

2. The condition of the vehicles used in the practical test will be checked by the technical staff of the office designated by the office and only those vehicles that are found suitable during the vehicle test will be used in the practical test. If the vehicle is found unsuitable during the test, another vehicle according to the standards will have to be provided instead. In the case of the specification/model of category A, K and B vehicles, the vehicle must be as per sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 14 of the Driving License Examination Procedures Directive, 2077 and in the case of the specification/model of category E and F vehicles, the vehicle must be as per the standards of the Department of Transport Management. efining

3. The person, firm, company or organization to be listed must provide a vehicle at the time, place and day specified by the office. If the vehicle is not provided as per the instructions of the office, the candidate will be removed from the list at any time. 4. If the candidate/applicant meets the criteria in the practical examination, he/she will be required to provide his/her own vehicle, vehicle registration book (blue book) and the time limit.

If a candidate wishes to appear with existing third party insurance and take the practical exam using the same vehicle, they will be allowed to take the practical exam using the same vehicle. No service fee will be charged from such candidates.

5. The vehicle used in the practical test must be within 5 years of its production date.

6. The individual, firm, company or organization wishing to be listed must provide at least one vehicle of each category on the day of the practical examination of the above-mentioned categories A, B, E, F, and K.

7. Drivers and other support staff participating in the practical exam will be required to provide identity cards.

8. If there are many individuals, firms, companies or organizations to be listed, vehicles will be requested through a round robin system.

9. If a listed person, firm, company or organization causes damage or embezzlement to the movable and immovable property of the office, the compensation or amount of loss or damage shall be paid to the office.

10. The office may remove a listed person, firm, company or organization from the list at any time if the office does not require the services of the listed person, firm, company or organization, or if the services are not satisfactory, or if the person commits an adverse act, or if any objection is found in the documents submitted.
