Notice regarding being listed in the existing list for the purpose of purchasing ambulances through the catalog shopping method

As per Sub-section 1 (a) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, the following ambulances are required for this office to be purchased through the method of competition (catalog shopping) only among the vehicle manufacturing companies or their authorized sellers, as per Sub-rule 2 of Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, the license obtained from the concerned body of the Government of Nepal to sell the said vehicles, its updated and renewed letter, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, and certified documents of tax payment up to FY 2081/082 are attached. Interested companies or authorized sellers are requested to submit the above-mentioned documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice and get listed. Detailed specifications of the ambulances to be purchased are available on the website of this office www.annapurnamunkaski.gov.np.
