Notice regarding registration in the existing list

This Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute has to purchase the following goods, construction and maintenance work, consultancy services and other services required for the financial year 2082/083 repeatedly and at one time, therefore, interested licensed firms, institutions, companies who are qualified as per the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute Procurement Rules, 2079, may apply for the existing list with separate applications for each title within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and if that day falls on a public holiday, then within the first day of the office opening. The application form and other necessary documents related to the existing list are kept on the website of the institute http://en.ican.org.np. Also, the said documents can be obtained from the procurement branch of this institute. While submitting the application, the details mentioned in the application form should be filled in correctly and submitted along with the necessary documents. This organization reserves the right to include/not include the applicant in the existing list. 1. Certified copy of the firm/company/institution registration and renewal/updating certificate.

2. Certified copy of permanent account number and value added tax registration.

3. Certified copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/081.

4. The firm, company or organization will have to declare itself as not being disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law and submit the application.

5. A copy of the license for the purchase for which registration in the existing list is being applied for, if any, required for that work.
