Other information

1) Only those vendors, firms, and companies that are deemed eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. The details submitted while listing will be based on their capabilities, experience, and skills.

2) All necessary documents, copies of experience certificates, life certificates, and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3) Listed firms will be notified of their listing via email.

4) If the last date for submitting the application for registration falls on a bank holiday, it can be submitted on the next bank opening day. Also, no action will be taken on applications submitted after the deadline or without the required formalities and with conditions.

5) If the listed firm or company does not provide satisfactory service, does not supply quality goods on time, is late or defaults, IME Limited reserves the right to remove or cancel the name of such firm or company from the list without prior notice. No claim can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not will remain vested in this company.

6) We request you to deposit the filled-in form for registration of the list in the name of IME Limited in the account number 0010100005146 of Global IME Bank and submit the original voucher copy to the General Services Department of this company in Panipokhari, Kathmandu.

7) If further information is required regarding this, information can be obtained from the General Services Department of the office located at IME Complex, Panipokhari.

Note: If the last day to submit an application for list registration falls on a public holiday, the application for list registration can be submitted during office hours the next day.
