Notice regarding registration of list for the purpose of providing necessary materials and services for central offices, resort hotels and restaurants

Since the Committee has to purchase the materials and services required in the fiscal year 2082.83 as per the details through the approved quotation, it is necessary to register the list from the interested registered firms, companies or suppliers. Therefore, the interested registered firms or service providers and suppliers who have renewed their registration or have attached certified copies of VAT registration, income tax registration, tax payment certificate and license certificates, should register the list with the Committee within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Materials and services required by the committee:

1. Service for supplying stationery and printing materials (including printing).

2. Four-wheeled vehicle repair and maintenance service.

3. Electrical equipment, computers, printers and telephone supply and maintenance services.

4. Furniture and furnishing supply and maintenance services.

5. Supply and maintenance services for electrical equipment.

6. Advertising agency related services.

7. Service related to the supply of bottled drinking water for the office.

8. Building construction and maintenance services.

9. Service related to supply of kitchen equipment for resort hotels and restaurants.

10. Services related to the supply of food and beverages, dairy products, meat products, fruits and vegetables, and kitchen fuel (gas) to resort hotels and restaurants.

11. Courier service.

12. Services related to vehicle rental and domestic air transportation.
