(First published date: Tuesday, Shrawan 6, 2082) As per Rule 6.5 of this organization's Loan Investment and Recovery Procedure 2080, an institutional collateral appraiser must be registered to evaluate the institutional collateral of houses and land taken as security while investing in loans. Engineering firms/companies interested in performing collateral valuation work by registering with an institutional collateral appraiser are advised to submit a proposal with detailed documents within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice.

Documents to be submitted with the proposal:

1) Copy of the firm/company registration certificate (last renewed)

2) Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) / VAT Certificate

3) Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/2081

4) Firm/Company Profile

5) Certified copies of CVs and citizenship certificates, educational qualifications and experience certificates of the directors and working engineers (technicians).

6) Certified copy of the Articles of Association

7) Name, position, address and contact number of the authorized person.

8) Self-declaration letter stating that you are qualified to work as an institutional securities appraiser as per the law.
