Notice requesting applications for Teacher Bank roster list

As the Teacher Bank will be prepared to recommend contractual appointments to the vacant posts of teachers and child development facilitators in community schools within the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan area, all concerned are hereby informed to apply through the online Google form by clicking on the link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/ of publication of this notice in accordance with the Teacher Bank and School Personnel Management Procedure, 2081.

Minimum Educational Qualification: In the case of teachers, as prescribed in Rule 9 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057.

2. And in the case of early childhood development facilitators, in accordance with the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City, Teacher Bank and Employee Management Procedures, 2081.

3. Provisions regarding disqualification: Provisions regarding disqualification determined in accordance with Rule 10 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057 BS, but a license will not be mandatory for facilitators of Early Childhood Development Centers.

4. Curriculum and Examination System: In the case of teachers, as per the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057 BS and the Early Childhood Development

In the case of facilitators, the syllabus will be as per the provisions of this procedure.

5. Application deadline: 10:00 AM on April 14, 2082.

6. Last date for submission of applications: 2076/3 and till 5:00 PM.

Note: Candidates applying for more than one advertisement will have to submit separate fees for each advertisement and scan and submit all vouchers.

5. Written examination of the first paper:

(a) Early Child Development Facilitator: Dated 31.4.2082 at 7.00 am

(b) Primary Level: Date 2082.4.31 at 11.30 am (First Paper)

(c) Lower Secondary Level: Date 2082.4.31 at 1.00 pm (First Paper)

(d) Secondary Level: Date 2082.4.31 at 3.00 pm (First Paper)

(e) The examination schedule for the second paper will be published along with the results of the first paper.

10. Distribution of admit cards: Date 2082.4.30 (Education Development Division), from 1 pm.

11. Admit Card Distribution and Examination Center Selection: 2 copies of recently taken passport size photographs are mandatory when collecting the admit card.

The admit card will be available for download from the website or from the Education Development Division.

12. If anyone is found to have filled the form with false details, the application form will be cancelled and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
