This financial institution is required to register a list of interested registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the financial year 2082/083. Therefore, an application along with details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number registration certificate and value added tax registration, tax payment certificate, etc., should be submitted to this Creative Microfinance Financial Institution within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice by personally attending the office or through the institution's email. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Other Information:

1. Only the vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible among the applications to be listed will be listed based on the details submitted.

2. All documents required at the time of registration listed.

(a) Institution/Company Registration Certificate (b) Tax Payment Certificate, Copy of Experience Certificate, Recognition Certificate and other documents must be submitted along with the application.

3. Listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the procurement of goods, purchases and services as per the requirements of this microfinance institution through quotations, bids or invitations to tender.

4. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and annual agreements may also be made as per the rules.

5. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not will remain vested in this microfinance institution.
